Due to new regulations, some items cannot be shipped into California. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days. If for some reason your order cannot be shipped within 3 business days you will be notified by email as to the expected shipping date.
Plants, insects & fish are shipped seasonally or only on certain days of the week so please read your item description carefully for available shipping times as these orders may take a little longer to arrive depending on the day of the week and weather.Other items are shipped factory direct and these orders typically ship within 3 business days as well, however tracking information may not always be readily available.
