Outdoor Cooking


The cookout is a Fourth of July and Memorial Day tradition. It’s also, arguably, the best way to eat anything. Meats and vegetables cooked over an open flame out in the sunshine are soaked in that smoky, earthy campfire taste that makes you think of the beach, tenting out in the woods, and all the places you’ve ever enjoyed a perfectly browned s’more. …All that ooey gooey marshmallow goodness... Uh, oh. Now, we’re hungry.
