Arugula - Quick and easy to grow heirloom arugula that is perfect for gardeners with short growing seasons. This uniquely flavored green with leaves of 3-6 inches is also great for those in colder climates looking for a green to with stand a frost or grow year round in a cold frame. 
Redina - A beautiful red semi-frilly loose leaf which can be harvested as baby or full heads. A great addition to salad mixes.
Spinach - Beautiful dark green spinach with round and smooth leaves. This sweet spinach is bolt tolerant and a good choice for winter growing in cold frame, greenhouse or high tunnel.
Waldmanns Dark Green Lettuce - The standard for green-leaf lettuces, known for its reliability, flavor, and heartiness. Best grown in spring and fall. This slow bolting lettuce can be eaten as a baby green or let mature to a full head.
Nasturtium – Give salads a colorful presentation with these peppery edible flowers! A tender annual that does well in areas with cooler summers. Flowers along 12-16 inch vines with blooms in shades from deep orange to peach, yellow and cream.
