The heavy duty deluxe posts are 1 5/8 inch in diameter to provide maximum support for your deer fence. The heavy duty deluxe posts utilized a ground sleeve to anchor to the ground. The ground sleeve is pounded in the ground until the top is flush with the ground surface using a drive cap (not included, you will need one for every 21 posts), the post simple slides into the sleeve 12 inches. The heavy duty deluxe posts can be spaced every 15 to 20 feet. Each pack of heavy duty deluxe posts includes: (7) Posts (7) Ground sleeves (7) Decorative post caps (keeping the damaging weather out of the post) Be sure you select the correct post for the height of fencing you are ordering. If you have or are ordering our standard perimeter deer fencing, we recommend using our 12 gauge monofilament wire. We recommend installing a run of monofilament wire at the top and bottom of your deer fencing for best results. The monofilament wire should be crimped using our connection sleeves at each corner or end system. Use our round monofilament tighteners and monofilament tightening tool to achieve your desired tension. The monofilament wire is ultra violet (UV) stabilized to prevent breakdown caused by the sun and weather. The breaking load is approximately 1200 pounds. Each corner kit includes: (2) 2.5 inch diameter corner posts, (2) decorative caps, (4) 9ft x 1 5/8 inch support posts, (4) bands with cups and pictured installation instructions.
