Cold Frame Opener Arm

The cold frame automatic opener works with the Juwel 1000 Basic Unit and the Juwel 1000 Extension Unit. The cold frame automatic opener has a cylinder filled with a fluid that will expand and contact with changes in temperature. The internal fluid is what actuates the lever mechanism; therefore, opening and closing your cold frame lid. The cold frame automatic opener can be adjusted by turning the cylinder to open and close anywhere between 60 -140 degrees Fahrenheit. The Juwel Cold Frame Automatic Opener kit includes one liquid filled cylinder, lever assembly with two springs, and necessary hardware. The Juwel Cold Frame Automatic Opener has maximum opening height of 18 inches and lifts up to 15 pounds.
