An new open pollinated dark green zucchini which has been bred for dry farming conditions. Smooth and spineless stalks on tall plants have large root systems to tap into all available moisture. Dark Star Zucchini has a long harvest period and requires little additional irrigation. Exhibits some resistance to powdery mildew.
