This uniquely flavored green with leaves of 3-6 inches is also great for those in colder climates looking for a green to with stand a frost or grow year round in a cold frame. For a more mild green harvest when leaves are young and tender.

Excellent for adding a peppery zest to salads, such as in this delicious Sweet Potato and Arugula salad.
